Mumbai : A woman and a bike rider have been arrested on Saturday after the lady allegedly thrashed an on-duty traffic police constable in Kalbadevi area of south Mumbai. However, the woman has claimed that her actions were a reaction to the police personnel who apparently abused her.
Earlier, a video had gone viral on the internet where the woman was seen thrashing the traffic police personnel, who had stopped her for riding pillion without a helmet. The woman, dressed in blue, is seen in a heated argument with the personnel.
